This week I have a rant from The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck, How to Stop Spending Time You Don’t Have with People you Don’t Like Doing Things you Don’t Want to Do, by Sarah Knight. This book is brilliant!  It helps you learn how to say no to annoying people or events that don’t bring you joy. You know, like hiding certain annoying posts on Facebook or saying no to another baby shower so that you can regain a Sunday afternoon! I am loving this book and have begun implementing its lessons into my life.

I also asked her a personal question about something that is going on in my own life – relating to self-sabotage.  And, she clears it up so nicely for me!  So,  do you know how to master that nasty inner critic of yours?  No? Listen to this episode to learn how.

Do you ever feel compelled to make a decision simply to get it over with and move on?  Or, do you believe that all events and decisions are created in divine timing? Well, sometimes when you don't know the answer or the next step, perhaps it is better to wait. Wait for the right answer. Wait for divine timing to intervene. The universe is not on your time schedule.

This week's episode is a continuation of last week's WFW, "We Accept the Love We Think We Deserve". This episode stems from a Marianne Williamson talk about unavailable men/partners. Hearing her speech led to a huge a-ha moment for me. And, I just needed to share it with you. Sisters, rather than experience the suffering that comes with unavailable men/partners, honor yourself and move on. Do not engage. Pretty simple yet highly powerful!

I began to recognize the patterns that held me back for years.  Do you find yourself falling into the same patterns? Well, that's the topic of this week's Wisdom for the Weekend.

This week's Wisdom for the Weekend episode is about surrendering. Can we learn to let go and surrender this month? Rather than being attached to things, people, or relationships; can we trust that the right decision, person, soulmate or job will show up? Surrender is freedom. This isn't easy to accomplish, but the more you are aware, the more you can stop, let go and be led.
