I have a habit of writing down a list of 12 things I am grateful for each day. If I know I’m going to be out in nature, I will recite them out loud. There’s just something about saying them out loud that brings more reverence to those blessings.
Do you journal as well? Would you consider journaling daily? Try it. Report back with me. I’d love to know how it has changed your life.
