I’ve been really loving all the testosterone on the podcast lately. There is much more to come. This week, I had such an enlightening conversation with Mark Groves, a human connection specialist, writer, speaker and coach. Mark and I chatted about masculine versus feminine energy, maneuvering heartbreak, and why we sometimes attract assholes(and learn some tools to stop doing so). I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

We jammed on:

  • The dynamics of masculine and feminine energies in relationships
  • Getting through heartbreak, gracefully
  • How our wounds could be driving our dating and in relationships
  • Find out if you are the pursuer or the avoider in a relationship
  • The two questions we need to answer to know how we are choosing partners from our wounds
  • Why we shouldn’t avoid conflict and what to do instead
