This week’s Wisdom for the Weekend is a quote from a book that I absolutely adore. It happens to be one of the books I reach for, for daily inspiration. Inspired and Unstoppable: Wildly Succeeding in Your Life’s Work! By Tama Kieves.
The quote is: “It’s not about knowing how to make it happen or being “worthy”. You didn’t choose your dream. It chose you. Say yes to your only reality and unimaginable adventure. Say yes to the ride. You belong in the life of your dreams. And you don’t belong anywhere else.”
I am so excited to share my interview with Tama Kieves, next week on the podcast. Stay tuned!

Want to know what it takes to create an epic partnership? I had such an astounding conversation with Andy Drish, the co-founder of The Foundation which teaches entrepreneurs how to start and scale software business. When he is not working, he has a profound way of looking at relationships and expressing love. Woah, I’m still swooning! He’s implanted such a beautiful vision of what a partnership could be, definitely something I would love to incorporate into my next relationship. It’s so refreshing to have a man want, on such a deep level, to create such richness in his partnership with his beloved.

Is there something you want right now? Are you frustrated that it's not in your life yet? Maybe it's a house, partner, job or something else. Have you in tried to force things into being? This week I talk about divine timing. It's one of the ways I live my life and it takes away all of the drama of what we think we need to have right now. When you rely on divine timing, your life is filled with ease rather than with fear.

Have you heard this phrase, "She is such a good girl, daughter, sister, mother, wife?" I think it's way overrated! It is quite possible you are being a martyr and overextending yourself and beyond! My advice to you, you need to just stop. Stop giving so much, stop giving from a depleted place, instead nurture yourself first and practice self-care often. Give from a full place. It's okay to stop being such a good girl! You'll feel so much better because of it.

I’ve been really loving all the testosterone on the podcast lately. There is much more to come. This week, I had such an enlightening conversation with Mark Groves, a human connection specialist, writer, speaker and coach. Mark and I chatted about masculine versus feminine energy, maneuvering heartbreak, and why we sometimes attract assholes(and learn some tools to stop doing so). I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

This week’s podcast interview has been, hands-down, my favorite! My guest Eva Clay, an acclaimed psychotherapist and sex and love expert, shared wisdom that was beyond profound! Are you single and question whether or not casual sex is something you want to engage in? Or do you play small in the dating world so as to not come off as too powerful? In this episode we chat about these topics and more. We’ve got you covered!
